A Strategic Opportunity for America

America needs more lithium. A lot more!

The United States has spent decades relying on foreign sources for critical minerals essential to transportation, energy storage and advanced technologies. As demand for these continue to grow, securing domestic supply has become a strategic priority for American industry and energy security.

The need for a reliable, domestic lithium supply has never been more apparent. But the next chapter of U.S. energy is about more than finding lithium, it’s about developing it, producing it and cost-competitively delivering it to American consumers.

Galvanic Energy discovers and develops American lithium resources, with a focus on bringing battery-quality lithium into domestic supply chains. Built on geoscience expertise and strengthened by experienced development and operations leadership, we are advancing a significant lithium resource in Northeast Texas from discovery toward commercial production.

Galvanic Energy is working every day to help power America's energy future.

Galvanic Energy: A Foundation in Discovery

Galvanic Energy was founded as a geoscience-driven company with deep expertise in data evaluation, reservoir and resource characterization, and mineral acquisition. We combine proprietary discovery methodologies with the technical and operational experience required to advance assets beyond discovery and initial project development.

Our first major success was a 120,000-acre lithium brine prospect in southern Arkansas, with an estimated resource of approximately 4 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE). We advanced that prospect through well testing, reservoir characterization and resource evaluation before divesting it in 2023, demonstrating our ability to turn geological insight into a valuable development opportunity. That project is positioned to be the largest lithium development project in Arkansas.

Our Next Chapter: Commercial Production

Today, through our Texas operating subsidiary, Bright Star Exploration, we are advancing lithium resources in the Smackover Formation of Northeast Texas toward commercial production. These efforts fall under Project Leviathan, our broader lithium exploration, development and production program, anchored by an extensive 85,000-acre leasehold position.

Project Genesis is the first planned commercial production project within Leviathan. It represents the next step in our deliberately staged development strategy: establishing operating performance, demonstrating commercial viability and creating a scalable model for additional development across the broader Leviathan resource.

Genesis is designed to answer the questions that matter before committing large-scale development and expansion capital. With engineering and planning well underway, Genesis will be a modestly sized commercial demonstration of battery-grade lithium production. Each component technology within our brine processing flowsheet — brine production, pretreatment, direct lithium extraction (DLE), purification, battery-grade refining, and brine reinjection — are all established, commercially proven technologies. With engineering and planning well underway, Genesis is already being optimized in preliminary designs. Once Genesis is operational, we will capture operational experiential learnings to help maximize battery-grade lithium production at the lowest cost possible.

Our optimization work with Genesis will translate into valuable learnings we apply to our production expansion plans across our vast Smackover leasehold. In several years, we expect our sizeable leasehold in Northeast Texas will be the source of reliable lithium production for U.S. consumers and markets.

Built on Science. Focused on Production.

Galvanic Energy's foundation begins with our people and our technical capabilities.

Our team combines subsurface expertise with experience in lithium extraction, refining, facility development and production operations. That combination allows us to evaluate the entire development pathway — from reservoir performance to product quality and commercial economics.

Galvanic Energy: Where Discovery Becomes Industry

Our next chapter builds on what we do best: understanding the resource, assembling the right expertise and advancing development with discipline. Through Bright Star Exploration and Project Leviathan, we are working to bring Texas lithium to American consumers.
